CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY
To ensure availability for all patients and to respect scheduled treatment time, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all scheduled appointments. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.
Late cancellations, late rescheduling, and no-show appointments are subject to a $100 fee.
